23 New listings is a sizable amount to enter the market in one week.  This is because 12 of the new listings are fractional share condos all located at the Lake House Chelan. 

12 Fractional Share Condos - The new Lake House Chelan listings range in price from $129K to $399K. 

3 Waterfront Homes - Two are Columbia River waterfront homes at Beebe Ranch and the other listing is a Lake Chelan waterfront home.  These homes start at $799K.  The Beebe Ranch homes are new construction and a very good value.
