Good information on Chelan real estate - I visit a couple of times a year, and I love to spend time on the lake, go wine tasting, and hit the barbecue joints in the summer.
Seattle waterfront real estate is holding its value fairly well this year - how is Chelan's market?

Thanks for the comment. The 2 most recent waterfront comparable sales indicated that Chelan Waterfront has seen a decine in value over the past 12 months.
